It
is situated in one of the most picturesque places of the region, not far from a
famous Vyshtynetz lake and thick
woods with many smaller lakes and streams. The farm specialises in milk produce
and grains. There are domestic animals on the farm (cows, goats), poultry. The
farmhouse is a big 2-storeyed brick German huntersТ house. It
has been partly restored. The area is fenced. The farm is open all year
round. Maximum visiting capacity is 18 people. LEISURE ACTIVITIES: eco-tourism,
mushroom and berry picking fishing, extreme activities in the woods, optional -
work on the farm, with the machines.
ACCOMMODATION: single, double rooms, rooms for three persons, all
conveniences, the canteen is in the house. MEALS: are included into total price.

FACILITIES: car parking, shared telephone and TV, bath, fire-place, camping site,

farm specialises in growing Manchurian deer in natural surroundings in
deer park - forest. There are two stables and two lakes located within the farm
area. The manor house is situated in a town, 4 km away from the farm. The guest
house is a restores 3-storeyed German brick house. The area is fenced. The guest
house is open all year round. Maximum visiting capacity - 10 people. LEISURE
ACTIVITIES: hunting for Manchurian deer and fallow deer; fishing in the farm
lakes; excursion trips to the deer farm; horse-riding trips. The riding routes
are: 1. Chistye Prudy - Krasnolesie - Lake Vyshtynetz - Yasnaya Poliana. 2.
The Baltic sea shore - Sokolnicki - the Curonean Spit - town of Pionersky.
ACCOMMODATION: double rooms and rooms for 3 persons on the first and second
floors, dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Shared showers and
toilets are on the floors. MEALS can be ordered locally. OTHER FACILITIES: car
