with a vast territory of land where a restored German manor is situated. Close
to it there are stables. The guest house is open all year round. The area is

ACCOMMODATION: There is 1 double and
5 single rooms on the first floor. The rooms have got showers, toilets and TV.
On the ground floor there is a СhuntingТ hall with a fire-place, banquet
hall, billiards, bath. MEALS are not included into the accommodation cost, but

farm "Mialick"
The
farm is situated at the edge of woods, 7 km away from Kaliningrad. It
specialises in growing of seasonal vegetables (potatoes, cabbage, carrots) and
grains. There is an apiary there, domestic animals and poultry are kept on the
farm, which is equipped with agricultural machines. The whole territory is 10
hectares, it includes 2-storeyed
newly-built brick building, bath, garage, farm sheds, and fishing pond (with
carps, perches, burbots). The
area is fenced. The farm is open all year round. Maximum visiting capacity is 4
people. LEISURE ACTIVITIES: eco-tourism, mushroom and berry picking in the woods,
fishing, work on the farm. ACCOMMODATION: one room for
2 - 4 persons. There is a TV in the room. All facilities are shared with
the hosts. MEALS are included into total price. ACCOMMODATION COST: 18 euro per
